*System purchased  includes 1 year parts & 1 year  labour,  except  printer(1 year  manufactory  warranty) and scanner(1 year base warranty),  monitor(3 years  manufactory  warranty), parts purchased one year all back to base warranty  from invoice date, 

*The above goods remain the property of  QC computer networking until fully paid,

*Returned goods claimed  faulty and subsequently found to be in  good condition will attract a $30 service charge,

*Invoices must  be presented for any warranty return,  no claims for credit recognised  unless made within seven days from date of invoice and goods that are returned  for  credit  must be in full re-saleable condition damage  to,  or makings on  the original packing may deem products un-saleable, 

*Software CD+/-R,-RW, DVD+/-R,RW DISK, are not refundable.
